Shipping policy

 

We are doing our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, it usually takes between 1 to 3 business days to be processed by the warehouse. Our team processes orders from Monday to Friday (between 9AM and 4PM).  Parcels shipped within United States normally take 1-3 business (but we only guarantee 10 days). For the rest of Canada and the US, orders will normally take 4 to 6 days to be delivered (but we only guarantee 10 days). Please refer to your tracking number for more information.



During sale periods, shipping might take longer to be processed by the warehouse. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once it ships.
