Our Return Policy

Not all purchases are eligible for return or exchange, please see below rules and policies:

We do not do returns or exchanges on any product purchased above 50% discount. This is considered a final sale and is always clearly marked on the product page.

For all product below 50% discount, we offer normal returns and exchanges.

Only items that have been purchased directly from letsgobala.com or merchant partners can be returned to Bala. Bala products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policy.

If your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange please note the additional below policies:

Product returns are eligible for a exchange/refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

We process returns Monday through Friday. During peak periods - December 1 to February 1 - the return process can take up to five (5) business days.

In order to return or exchange an item, you must ensure that your product meets all the following criteria:

1. It was purchased directly from Bala or Bala Merchant partners.

2. It was purchased less than 30 days ago.

3. It is in a new and unused condition.

4. It must never have all tags on.
